Seville Orange & Whisky Marmalade
We have added a good glug of Scotch whisky to this marmalade which gives it a delicious flavour. Not only good for toast but works wonders as a glaze for ham and gammon.
Good with buttered toast, crumpets, cakes and for glazing.
