The Symphony is a scotch bonnet with orange and pineapple chili sauce combines the fiery heat of the scotch bonnet pepper with the bright, tropical sweetness of orange and pineapple. The scotch bonnet pepper, known for its intense heat and fruity undertones, is the star ingredient, delivering a sharp and powerful spice that can reach up to 350,000 Scoville Heat Units. The addition of orange and pineapple helps balance the sauce, creating a harmonious blend of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors.
